Photography Class Registration (FILLED)

Registration opens January 2nd, 2017 noon (central standard time)

Registration closes February 24th, 2017

Please register for each class separately.

Submit one registration form per photo entered. An exhibitor may submit only two entries in total and only one per class. Photographic images may be received after the registration form but no later than February 24, 2017.

A novice is an individual exhibitor who has not won a first place ribbon or a GCA Special Award in Horticulture in a GCA Major Flower Show or Sanctioned Non GCA Major Flower Show. If your novice status changes before the date of this show, please notify the division chairman and the class consultant.
I give my permission for the Show of Summer committee to submit my photograph to GCA for publication in focus magazine. This permission is for both the Members Only area of the GCA website and/or the GCA Bulletin.
  • The photographic file must be in jpg format and between 2-5 MB and in sRGB colorspace. (Note the MB size has been adjusted from the registration form in the printed copy of the schedule). Each photographic file should include the entrant's last name, first initial, zone and class number (eg. Smith, J, IX - Class 5 jpg). Please make sure the image is cropped and tweaked exactly as you want it. Then the only difference with the emailed image and the printed image is the resolution.
*Note: Per GCA Guidelines, any child represented in an image should not be identifiable or recognizable to the viewer.
